Cookie & Tracking Notice
Version 2 · Effective 2026-09-25
LedgerFlow currently uses essential browser technologies needed to operate and secure the service. These include the authentication session cookie, a signed workflow-session cookie used for security and sign-in flows, and an opaque privacy-choice cookie used to retrieve consent preferences.
No analytics or marketing technology is currently active on the LedgerFlow application domain. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are enabled later, they must be entered in the technology inventory and are blocked by the application template unless the applicable browser or signed-in user has an effective consent state permitting that category.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are treated as an opt-out signal for optional analytics and marketing technologies. A GPC signal cannot enable optional technology and overrides an allow state for the requesting browser while the signal is present.
Privacy choices are recorded as append-only consent-history events containing the categories selected, source of the choice, purposes, applicable policy version, and timestamp. Changing a choice creates a new event rather than overwriting the prior history.
Essential technologies may still be used where necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention, service operation, billing workflow integrity, and storing privacy choices. Optional technology choices can be reviewed from the Privacy Choices page.
